Ms. Henke represents various multi-employer labor management trust funds in Federal Court with her focus on collection of fringe benefit funds.

Prior to joining the firm, Dana interned for a New York State Supreme Court Judge and worked as a legal assistant at the firm while attending law school. She continued to work at the firm as an attorney after passing the New York State and Connecticut Bar Exams.

Dana earned her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1989. She completed her undergraduate education at Pace University, NYC in 1986. She is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts and the United States Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
