Our firm assists union officials with the internal policies and procedures required to comply with the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 and Department of Labor audits and investigations, including advising on proper methods for authorizing and recording expenditures, authorizing salary and paid leave for union officials, recordkeeping, and expenditure policies, among others. Our attorneys assist with drafting and amending Union constitutions, bylaws, and all related policies and procedures.
